Build times vary depending on the plan, but you can expect your home to take 6 to 10 months to build from when you go under contract. Quick move-in homes, which are under construction or already complete, are also available if your timeline is shorter. (Or you’re just really excited to move here!)
All homes at Midline — including those from Brookfield Residential — are zoned for Clear Creek ISD. The specific schools Midline students will attend are Greene Elementary, Brookside Intermediate and Clear Brook High School.
