Our model homes are open Monday through Saturday 10am–6pm and Sunday Noon–6pm. You’ll find all six of them on our model row, located on Midline Landing Trail in Webster, TX. Walk through any (or all) of them at your own pace — and make sure to start at our dedicated Welcome Center to get info and ask questions!
Nope, you don’t need to make an appointment to tour our models. Just come as you are, any day of the week. We recommend starting your tour at our dedicated Welcome Center, where our Midline Guides are available to answer questions and give you more information. We have six model homes currently open and showcase our variety of builders, lot widths and floorplans. Come tour the Haverford, Lawrence, and Broussard by Brookfield Residential, the Panamera PM by Highland Homes, the 3395W by Perry Homes, and the Dana by Toll Brothers — all open daily.
Yes! The Highland Homes Panamera PM has a full virtual tour available online — with more from our other builders coming. However, we’ll always tell you that the best way to see the homes — and experience our community — is to come out and visit in person.
Your first stop at Midline is at our (new!) Welcome Center, where you can pick up a map and talk to one of our Midline Guides about … well, pretty much anything about our community, from the schools to the amenities to what’s right down the road. (In other words, come with questions.)
