Six new model homes under construction for Midline’s Spring grand opening

While many of us will soon slow down for the holidays, our leading homebuilders at Midline will still be hard at work, finishing up 6 brand-new model homes for our grand opening in the spring of 2026.

Featuring new plans from Brookfield Residential, Highland, Perry and Toll Brothers, these models will open next to the Midline Welcome Center, offering homebuyers a one-stop introduction to Midline’s vision as a connected community with trails, parks and amenities including The Midline Club.

Here’s a sneak peek at what you can expect to see from each builder, and we’ll be posting updates as we get closer to the grand opening, including floor plans and pricing from each builder. Overall, new homes in Midline will be priced from the high $300,000s to the $800,000s+.

Brookfield Residential

Brookfield Residential will unveil three brand-new model homes in Midline, featuring many design details and flexible options developed in close collaboration with homebuyers.

The Haverton model home will showcase Brookfield Residential’s collection for 40-foot-wide homesites in Midline. With 2,461 square feet of living space, this two-story plan has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and an attached 2-car garage.

The Lawrence will be Brookfield’s model home for 50-foot homesites. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this 2,824-square-foot plan also a study, gameroom and mud room. It also has a two-car garage.

With five bedrooms, 4.5 baths and a 3-car garage, the Broussard model home will represent Brookfield’s largest plans in Midline. Designed for 60-foot homesites, the Broussard plan has 3,779 square feet of living space.

Highland Homes

With a dramatic spiral staircase and soaring ceilings, the Panamera model home will showcase the design drama that has made Highland Homes one of the leading homebuilders in Texas.

New to Houston, the Panamera plan has a luxurious primary suite and guest bedroom on the first floor, with two more bedrooms upstairs.

This home has several living spaces, including a family/dining area with a lofty two-story ceiling, an entertainment room and an open upstairs loft.

Highland is building on 45-foot homesites in Midline.

Perry Homes

Perry Homes, another leading Texas homebuilder, is bringing its stunning Design 3395 model home to Midline.

This home makes an unforgettable first impression, with a 20-foot-high rotunda foyer encasing a graceful spiral staircase. The main living area is a two-story family room, open to the island kitchen, morning area and covered patio.

The spacious primary suite and guest bedroom are downstairs, with two more bedrooms up. This plan also has a home office, dining room, 3-car garage and gameroom. The media room can be built as an optional fifth bedroom.

Toll Brothers

Toll Brothers is introducing an all-new plan, the Dana, as its model home in Midline. With five bedrooms and 5- ½ baths, this 4,734-square-foot plan features an expansive first level with a two-story great room and open kitchen.

Also on the main floor, the spacious primary suite has dual walk-in closets and a luxurious bath.

A bright great room sits at the heart of the home, connecting seamlessly to the kitchen and the generously sized covered patio, making it perfect for indoor-outdoor entertaining.

The second floor adds more living space with a large loft and media room. Each of the secondary bedrooms has its own walk-in closet.

Toll Brothers homes are offered on 70-foot-wide homesites.

Midline Welcome Center

The Midline Welcome Center is also under way, taking shape as a staffed information center that will be open 7 days a week. It will provide home shoppers, real estate agents and other visitors with information on Midline’s master plan, amenities, lifestyle, schools, the local area and other topics.

Midline has also started work on the The Line, a 14-mile trail will run the entire length of the community, connecting homes to parks and other amenities. The first portions of The Line will be ready to see at the grand opening.

As the model homes open, Midline will break ground for another major amenity, The Midline Club, located across the street from the Model Home Row.

Planned to open in summer 2027, The Midline Club will have mid-century architecture surrounded by native landscaping. It will have an indoor event space with a covered terrace, a second-story fitness center for inspiring views, and a community room with remote working space. It will also have a large swimming pool with a sun shelf and splash pad, creative playgrounds to encourage discovery, an event lawn and seating areas.

Midline will add more parks as we grow, with the vision of every home being within a quarter of a mile from a community or neighborhood park, offering amenities such as swimming pools, sports courts, playgrounds, event lawns and picnic areas.
