Bella Nidever joins Midline as Director of Community Engagement

Months before the first new homeowners start to move in, Midline has announced Bella Nidever as Director of Community Engagement.

A Houston area native, Bella will work to activate Midline amenities such as parks, trails and The Midline Club with events that connect residents to each other and the surrounding Bay Area.

Prior to joining Midline, she held a similar position in a community in Fort Bend County.

Bella will work from The Midline Club when it opens in 2027. In the meantime, she’ll work remotely and have some regular days at the Midline Welcome Center, where she’ll be available to meet with residents and visitors

“I’m excited to be hitting the ground running this year, starting with our first Coffee Talks with Midline,” Bella says.

Coffee Talks will be a series of small, intentionally hosted gatherings designed to foster meaningful conversation and connection around Midline.

Each Coffee Talk will be hosted at a local coffee shop and will be thoughtfully curated for a specific audience, such as home shoppers and buyers, real estate agents, homebuilders and community partners.

“I’m looking forward to working with local businesses to build relationships and sponsorships for our Midline events, starting with our local coffee shops and growing from there,” Bella says.

For an idea of what kind of social life to expect as Midline grows, just look to Elyson, our sister community in Katy. In 2025, Elyson residents enjoyed 39 events, from major gatherings such as Food Trucks & Fireworks on July 4, to smaller activities such as Story Time for toddlers.

The Community Engagement Directors for both Midline and Elyson are part of the Cohere Community Life Team, which manages the homeowners’ associations for both communities. Cohere distinguishes itself among property management firms by prioritizing creating a strong sense of community among residents, along with more routine (but important) functions such as maintaining common areas and landscaping.

Planned for April, Midline’s grand opening will debut six new model homes and the Midline Welcome Center. Also at the grand opening, visitors will be able to see the first completed section of Midline’s main trail, The Line, and see the progress of The Midline Club, which will be under construction across from the model homes.
