The Midline Welcome Center is something new for home shoppers in the Bay Area – a staffed information center open 7 days a week, offering a quick and friendly overview of our new 1,000-acre community and its surroundings.

To help you know what to expect, here’s a quick look at why the Welcome Center is the best place to begin your visit to Midline.

Family friendly, with restrooms

The whole family is welcome at the Welcome Center, where a kid’s playroom will keep the young ones entertained while you learn about Midline’s new homes, amenities and schools. A family-friendly restroom available, plus drinks and snacks.

A warm welcome – no sales

We’ve found some of the friendliest folks in town to be our official Midline Community Representatives. They’re not here to sell you anything – just to tell you all about Midline, our amenities, developer and the many exciting things to come.

Bird’s-eye view of our master plan

You can see Midline like the seagulls do by walking over to our topographical table, showing our 1,000-acre master plan from a bird’s-eye view. You can see how close you’re already standing to our first major amenity, The Midline Club, opening in 2027. It’s also easy to see how The Line, our central 14-mile trail, will connect homes, parks and playgrounds throughout Midline.
