Big drama, thoughtful details make Brookfield Residential’s Broussard model home a standout
With eye-catching features like a floor-to-ceiling marble fireplace, Brookfield Residential’s new Broussard model home makes some big architectural statements.

On a quieter note, this brand-new 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom plan is filled with small and thoughtful details, such as built-in backpack rack, butler’s pantry and plenty of storage spaces.
One of six fully furnished model homes now open in Midline’s Model Home Row, the Broussard showcases Brookfield Residential homes on 60-foot homesites. Prices range from the mid $600,000s.

The drama – and convenience – start at the front door, where the Broussard’s iron-spindled staircase anchors the two-story foyer. This beautiful staircase has a surprise below – a large storage area accessed across from the secondary everyday entrance, right off the three-car garage.

You can see the interplay of design flourish and functional detail throughout the Broussard.
The kitchen area, with its sleek waterfall island and glass-front cabinets, also has a butler’s pantry filled with natural light. With its built-ins, the walk-in food pantry can easily handle any Costco spree.

The family, kitchen and dining area combines into one open gathering space, with abundant views of the backyard and covered patio. This model home showcases the extended patio option.
The two-story family room shows the optional ceiling treatment with three wood beams. The dark wood tones of the beams create a nice contrast with the soothing natural neutrals of the marble fireplace tile and textured wood wainscoting in this open area.

The downstairs primary suite has a recessed ceiling with a detailed wood inlay. In the primary bath, a large oval soaking tub floats in front of the glass-enclosed shower, which is so large it has doors on two sides.

The huge walk-in closet connects to the laundry room, creating a convenient laundry loop that’s also accessible from the everyday foyer.

There’s also a guest bedroom suite on the main floor, complete with a walk-in closet and full bath.

Across the foyer, the study has French doors and another walk-in closet.
Upstairs, the Broussard has a large open loft with views down to the family room. This floor also has three more bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet.

The Broussard is one of three Brookfield Residential model homes now open in Midline, with more model homes by Highland Homes, Perry Homes and Toll Brothers.
