Carolyn Lentini finds a fresh start as one of Midline’s first residents

Seeking a fresh start after a lifestyle change, real estate agent Carolyn Lentini put her 30 years of experience to work for herself, becoming one of Midline’s first residents in the process.

“Houston is so big, you can spend a lot of time driving for work, shopping and every part of your life,” Carolyn says. “I love Midline because it’s right next to Costco, Baybrook Mall, restaurants – practically everything you would want is right there.”

Living in Seabrook, Carolyn saw Midline take shape from the beginning, going from open land where cattle once grazed, to becoming a new community with freshly paved streets, models and our first major amenity under construction.

“It’s exciting to get in at the start of a new community,” says Carolyn, recalling her years as a sales counselor for two major homebuilders. “There are practical advantages too, like getting to select from the first homesites. Prices are typically never lower than at the beginning.”

As one of Midline’s first handful of residents, Carolyn is already getting involved in the life of the community.

This summer, she worked with the staff at the Midline Welcome Center and Midline’s Community Life Team to create a successful school supplies drive.

Using the Welcome Center as a dropoff point, the drive filled 45 backpacks for local schools in the Bay Area.

Carolyn coordinated the event through Real Estate Supporting Communities, a nonprofit group she’s active in. With a strong presence in the Bay Area, RESC gives back to local communities, with a focus on teacher, veterans, healthcare workers and first responders.

A self-described “semi-retired workaholic,” Carolyn is excited about the 2027 opening planned for The Midline Club, Midline’s first major amenity.

“All the events and activities planned for The Midline Club will be a great way to meet neighbors, and see families and kids enjoying the lifestyle here,” she says.

Meanwhile, she’s busy spreading the word about how much she loves the Midline life in her new Highland home.  

“I tell everyone how wonderful it is to live here and get a fresh start. When people ask me where Midline is, I say, ‘right behind Costco.’”

Midline’s beautiful main entrance is along FM 528, between I-45 South and W. Bay Boulevard.
